Phil Patrick has over 20 years experience in carrier and enterprise network project/program management, strategy and business planning. Phil started his career as Member Technical Staff at Telcordia and has held positions in Engineering, Services, and Business Development at Motorola, Globalstar and Longboard, a VoIP startup. Phil managed a consulting business where some of his major projects included expanding a legacy network to a nationwide IMS-based network for a CLEC, recovering lost billing revenue for AT&T, and planning and strategy for peer-to-peer VoIP-PBX startup.
He has presented at conferences around the world on various subjects related to satellite, VoIP, and wireless technologies.
